Hot dogs and corn dogs are what I got. Everything was excellent and the fries were crispy. I asked for red sauce on the side of the Italian sausage but it was saturating the bread so that was a bummer. The sausage was great even without the bun. They still get 5 stars for the effort.

Made a rare Italian beef run on a Tuesday. Well worth taking the 30 mile drive north to Lake Zürich. My normal order of an Italian beef dipped with hot on the side. Really enjoyed their shoestring french fries too. They make their beef six days a week, use a Turano roll and their own house made giardiniera, which is on the mild side, but very flavorful. Great beef flavor and the perfect chew. They offer a deal on their combo on Fridays.

Friendly staff and owner. They’re on top of cleaning the dining room and the entire restaurant is nicely appointed. Looking forward to a return visit.

Very friendly staff...it was my first time here and was treated very nice. Food came out quick and hot. Nice portion of fries...crispy and perfect amount of salt added. Definitely will be back...worth the trip from Aurora.

The food is EXCELLENT! We typically order the Italian beef or the combo which are full of amazing flavor. Our other favorite is the Chicago dog. Always fresh and perfect. And the fries…. hot, fresh, and the absolute BEST! Service is always courteous and prompt. The eating area is always clean. My only negative would be that it’s typically on the chilly side in the dining area. We’ve been to Island Lake too, but find Lake Zurich to be better. Keep doing your best and don’t change a thing aside for a few degrees on the thermostat! 🙂
